Coding and programming
Scratch, Python, HTML3, Thymio,…
When you think of programming, you think of complicated coding, mathematical formulas and difficult software. A workshop to show the basics of programming with Scratch, Python, HTML3,…
The goal is to introduce them to use block based apps (like scratch) to make the kids understand how to build an algorithm. Different levels of workshops are planned : easy and advanced.
Serdar and his team will give you the keys to this fascinating world while having fun.

It’s your turn to play !

Acquire new skills
Make your design!
Technical skills
Program and publish interactive content such as stories, games, and animations with the world. Learn to think creatively, collaborate, and reason systematically.
Project management skills
Leading a project from A to Z with a final production, experimenting, understanding, creating, trying, making mistakes, testing, trying again, innovating and succeeding, thinking and helping each other to find solutions together, designing and printing an object we designed.
The program
Learning programming has become a must for today’s youth. Moovandji has designed this session to enter this universe and/or deepen its knowledge.
For 8-10 year olds : Introduction to algorithms and coding, using block based apps (like scratch) to make the kids understand how to build an algorithm, coding with ‘Blockly Games
For 11-14 year olds : Introduction to algorithms, discovery of scratch applications, motion sensors and discovery of the aquarium application, operator, turtle-rabbit game, maze game

A few words from…
I am a member of the Maker Çocuk team
We created Maker Çocuk in May 2015, to teach children about this new generation of production tools and the culture that comes with it. Since the day we were founded, we have taught more than 10000 children and more than 1000 adults, teachers and educators about the maker movement and the use of tools related to the maker movement.
Our team is composed of different disciplines and wants to create change and difference. There are computer science teachers among us, electronic engineers and designers. This way we can teach by learning from each other and offer kids different perspectives.
We love sharing our knowledge, I can’t wait to meet you again and teach you my favorite subjects!
See you soon, Serdar
Do you have any questions ?
How do I register ?
Click on the project you are interested in and fill in the requested information. An email of confirmation will be sent to you.
Do I need to have prior knowledge in dance ?
There is no prior knowledge needed, only the desire to learn and to speak in english
Where do we meet?
Once your registration is validated, the location and appointment times will be sent by email and through whatsapp, as well as the location and address of the workshop. You can arrive 5 minutes before the session to get ready and arrive on time.
